Our purpose is to bring people together and facilitate investment for a brighter tomorrow.

NetGreen.com is a funding portal as described in the footer of this website. We facilitate the investment process between businesses and investors. Businesses may use us to issue investment offerings on our Marketplace. Investors may visit our Marketplace seeking investment opportunities. Our platform completes the exchange of investment agreements and funds. We will also facilitate the investment distributions from the issuing businesses back to the investors. You may think of us as a digital investment platform for private company investments, rather than publicly traded stocks. We ultimately provide farms and businesses with access to funding directly from the communities they serve.

In keeping with our mission statement, we will be focusing our efforts on raising funds for farms and businesses who best serve their local communities and environment. This will include regenerative agriculture, green technologies, novel life sciences, responsible real estate development, community co-ops, small businesses, and much more.

Tyler Menifield

Co-Founder

Tyler is co-founder and chief financial officer of NetGreen Capital and reports directly to CEO Rob Amuzzini. He has over 10 years of experience operating in the corporate as well as government finance and accounting landscape. Most recently he has over 5 years of experience working for a large government agency leading efforts for their accounts receivable department. Tyler graduated from Purdue University Global with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and earned a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Husson University. He is from Northern Maine and currently lives there with his partner and son.

Rob Amuzzini

Co-Founder

Rob has worked within corporate and strategic finance for over 12 years in consulting and financial planning roles. His experience spans a variety of industries including Technology, Life Sciences and Agriculture. Rob focuses on bringing people and ideas together to ask the right questions and find new paths forward. Rob is from Northern Maine and enjoys the great outdoors doing everything from kayaking and hiking to hunting and fishing. He currently lives on the South Shore of Massachusetts with his wife, sons and two dogs.
